Welcome to Sydney Fun Park. By purchasing a ticket, entering the park, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before visiting our park.
1. Admission and Tickets
1.1 Ticket Purchase and Validity
All tickets must be purchased before entering the park, either online through our website or at the ticket booths at the park entrance. Tickets are valid only for the date specified on the ticket unless otherwise stated. Multi-day passes and season passes have specific validity periods as indicated at the time of purchase.
1.2 Ticket Prices and Changes
Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed on our website or at ticket booths are current at the time of display. We reserve the right to modify ticket prices, introduce new ticket types, or discontinue existing ticket options at any time.
1.3 Non-Transferable
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or offered for resale without our express written permission. Any ticket obtained through unauthorized resale may be void, and the holder may be refused admission without refund.
1.4 Age Requirements
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older at all times while in the park. Certain rides and attractions may have specific age, height, or weight restrictions for safety reasons.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
2.1 General Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be provided except in the following circumstances:
- Park closure due to extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control
- Cancellation of events or shows that were the primary reason for ticket purchase
- At the discretion of park management in exceptional circumstances
2.2 Rain Checks
In the event of park closure due to inclement weather, guests may be eligible for a rain check that can be used for a future visit. Rain checks are subject to availability and must be used within the specified validity period.
2.3 Online Purchase Cancellations
Online ticket purchases may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the visit date is more than 7 days away. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
3. Park Rules and Conduct
3.1 Visitor Conduct
All visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other guests or staff
- Use of offensive language or gestures
- Running, pushing, or engaging in horseplay
- Cutting in lines or queue jumping
- Vandalism or damage to park property
- Theft or unauthorized removal of park property
- Fighting or physical altercations
- Harassment or intimidation of any kind
3.2 Right to Refuse Admission or Remove Guests
We reserve the right to refuse admission to or remove from the park any person who violates these terms and conditions, engages in inappropriate behavior, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others. No refund will be provided in such cases.
3.3 Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted within the park:
- Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, and replica weapons
- Illegal substances or drugs
- Alcohol (unless purchased within the park at designated areas)
- Glass containers
- Pets (except registered service animals)
- Large coolers or picnic equipment
- Drones or remote-controlled devices
- Selfie sticks or monopods (restricted on certain rides)
- Professional photography equipment without prior authorization
3.4 Bag Inspections and Security
For the safety of all guests, we reserve the right to inspect all bags, backpacks, and personal belongings upon entry. Guests who refuse inspection will be denied admission without refund.
4. Ride Safety and Restrictions
4.1 Height, Weight, and Health Restrictions
Certain rides and attractions have specific height, weight, age, and health restrictions for safety reasons. These restrictions are clearly posted at each attraction and must be strictly observed. Guests who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
4.2 Health Conditions
Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, back or neck problems, pregnancy, or other health conditions should not ride certain attractions. It is the responsibility of each guest to determine whether they are physically able to safely enjoy each ride or attraction.
4.3 Following Instructions
Guests must follow all posted warnings, instructions, and directions from ride operators and staff at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the ride or the park without refund.
4.4 Ride Closures
Rides and attractions may be temporarily closed for maintenance, weather conditions, or other reasons without prior notice. No refunds or compensation will be provided for temporarily closed attractions.
5. Liability and Assumption of Risk
5.1 Assumption of Risk
By entering Sydney Fun Park, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with amusement park rides and activities. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or death that may result from your participation in park activities.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sydney Fun Park, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your visit to the park, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
5.3 Personal Property
Sydney Fun Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings while enjoying rides and attractions. Lockers are available for rent throughout the park.
5.4 Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, Sydney Fun Park will provide reasonable assistance, including access to first aid and emergency medical services. However, we are not responsible for medical expenses incurred as a result of injuries or illnesses that occur during your visit.
6. Photography and Videography
6.1 Personal Use
Guests are welcome to take photographs and videos for personal, non-commercial use. However, the use of professional photography equipment, including tripods and lighting equipment, requires prior written permission from park management.
6.2 Park Photography
Sydney Fun Park reserves the right to photograph, film, or record guests within the park for marketing, promotional, or security purposes. By entering the park, you grant us permission to use your likeness in such materials without compensation.
6.3 Drone Photography
The use of drones or other unmanned aerial vehicles within the park is strictly prohibited for safety and privacy reasons.
7. Food and Beverage Policy
7.1 Outside Food and Drinks
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted within the park, with the exception of small snacks, bottled water, and food required for medical or dietary reasons. Large coolers and picnic equipment are not allowed.
7.2 Park Dining Options
A variety of food and beverage options are available throughout the park at our restaurants, cafes, and concession stands. We offer options for various dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices.
7.3 Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages may be purchased at designated areas within the park by guests aged 18 and over with valid identification. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Guests who appear intoxicated will be refused service and may be removed from the park.
8. Lost and Found
Items found within the park are turned in to our Lost and Found department. If you lose an item during your visit, please check with Guest Services or contact us within 30 days. Sydney Fun Park is not responsible for lost items and does not guarantee their recovery.
9. Accessibility
Sydney Fun Park is committed to providing accessibility for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair rentals, accessible restrooms, and accommodations for service animals are available. Please contact Guest Services upon arrival if you require assistance or have specific accessibility needs.
10. Weather and Park Closures
The park may close temporarily or for the entire day due to severe weather conditions, maintenance requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests may be eligible for rain checks or refunds at the discretion of park management. We recommend checking our website or calling ahead during inclement weather.
11. Smoking Policy
Sydney Fun Park is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is prohibited throughout the park except in designated smoking areas. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave the park without refund.
12. Season Pass and Membership Terms
12.1 Season Pass Benefits
Season pass holders enjoy unlimited admission during regular operating hours for the duration of the pass validity period, along with exclusive benefits such as discounts on food, merchandise, and special events.
12.2 Pass Restrictions
Season passes are non-transferable and must be used by the named passholder only. Photo identification may be required. Passes may be revoked without refund if used by someone other than the registered holder or if the holder violates park rules.
12.3 Blackout Dates
Certain season passes may be subject to blackout dates during peak periods such as public holidays and special events. Blackout dates will be communicated to passholders in advance.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sydney Fun Park website and within the park, including logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, and software, is the property of Sydney Fun Park or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
14. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Sydney Fun Park reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the park following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your visit to Sydney Fun Park shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
